K-pop sensation BLACKPINK is set to wrap up their ‘Born Pink’ era with a grand finale, marking the end of their world tour. The concerts are scheduled for September 16 and 17 in the South Korean capital.

The extensive world tour, initiated in support of their second album titled ‘Born Pink,’ commenced in October 2022 in Seoul. The upcoming Seoul concerts will mark the tour’s conclusion, bringing the total number of shows to an impressive 66.

Last week, the quartet, currently on the final leg of their North American tour, celebrated their 7th anniversary by expressing gratitude to their devoted fan base, Blinks. Each member of BLACKPINK took to their individual Instagram accounts to convey their heartfelt appreciation.

Rosé shared a series of snapshots from their journey’s pivotal moments and a heartfelt message: “Thank you, BLACKPINK, for being such a blessing in my life. I have really been able to experience everything and more than what I have ever dreamed of growing up as an aspiring artist. Thank you, thank you, and thank you a thousand times.”

Lisa, invoking the significance of the number 7, expressed her hopes for the year: “7 is one of my favorite numbers, and I hope this year will be a lucky one for us.”

Jennie’s simple yet profound message: “I love us I love Blackpink I love Blinks.”

Jisoo shared her sentiments through two separate posts, stating, “BLACKPINK is always in your area” and signing off with “Blinks, BLACKPINK forever.”

Noteworthy is BLACKPINK’s remarkable chart performance. They hold the distinction of being the highest-charting female Korean act on the US Billboard Hot 100, with their song ‘Ice Cream’ reaching number 13 in 2020. Their second studio album, ‘Born Pink,’ achieved the pinnacle on the Billboard 200, making them the first female South Korean act to sell over two million copies of an album. This monumental achievement further solidified their place as an iconic force in the global music industry.

As BLACKPINK’s ‘Born Pink’ era draws to a close with its highly anticipated Seoul concerts, fans worldwide are eagerly awaiting what the future holds for this trailblazing group that has redefined the boundaries of K-Pop.
