Jungkook of BTS set Times Square ablaze with an unexpected performance, dazzling fans on the newly erected TSX stage. On the night of November 9, the K-pop sensation surprised New York City with an electrifying showcase of his debut album, “GOLDEN,” following his appearance at Rockefeller Plaza on November 8.

Twitter, now X, buzzes with excitement as videos flood the platform, capturing Jungkook’s mesmerizing Times Square performance. The clips feature the artist delivering hits from “GOLDEN,” such as “Please Don’t Change” and “Yes or No,” igniting the crowd with his exceptional vocal talent. Fans can be seen singing along, dancing, and expressing sheer admiration for the Golden Maknae. In one video, Jungkook sweetly implores ARMYs with “Please Don’t Change,” while in another, he extends heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support directed at both himself and BTS

Earlier, during Jungkook’s appearance on NBC’s TODAY SHOW, he dropped subtle hints about an upcoming exclusive event during his stay in the country. However, specific details regarding the location and performance remained shrouded in mystery. 

Fans keenly observed significant changes on the Times Square billboard that day, featuring multiple loops of Jungkook’s Calvin Klein advertisement, all hinting at an impending big reveal. The TSX stage, strategically located in the heart of Times Square with its spectacular 18,000-square-foot billboard, served as the perfect platform to showcase the artist’s work on a grand scale. 

Adding to the excitement, Jungkook participated in an exclusive Apple interview with Zane Lowe, a radio DJ, live DJ, record producer, and television presenter. The interview, conducted in Seoul, South Korea, delved into Jungkook’s album “GOLDEN” and his profound connection with both BTS and the dedicated ARMY fanbase. The multifaceted artist continues to captivate audiences worldwide with his musical prowess and surprises that keep fans eagerly anticipating his next move.
