Dan + Shay cancelled The Arena Tour

After Ed Sheeran it is Dan + Shay who tested positive of Covid-19. Amid this unprecedented and tiring time, coming across such news has become common. But, as we are marching towards festivity, we need some celebration. Musical concert are one way to spice up our celebrations. 

Dan + Shay cancelled The Arena Tour

We again came across sad news coming from the music industry. Yesterday, (Nov. 2) Tuesday, American country pop music duo composed of vocalists and songwriters Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney a.k.a Dan + Shay shared some disappointing news. Immediately followed by some happier news too for the huge fan following.   

Firstly, the duo revealed about the cancelation of their two upcoming shows on their Dan + Shay (Arena) Tour. There wase a member tested COVID-19 positive with the test within their touring camp. 

 They announced on social media post,  

“A member of our immediate touring party has tested positive for COVID-19 and to protect the safety of our fans and everyone around us, we will sadly have to cancel the upcoming dates in Orlando and Atlanta.”  

The affected concerts include shows at Orlando’s Amway Center on Nov. 4 and in Atlanta’s State Farm Arena on Nov. 5. The duo shared the news with fans on social media, adding that they were unable to reschedule the shows. 

Further they added the good news that they will be touring with Kenny Chesney next year and will make some stops near Orlando and Atlanta next year.   

Very excited for the upcoming Christmas Holiday season with their magical music.  

They shared a personnel note to all their fans stating they will make it up to them in a bigger way soon. Much Love D+S.
