Songwriters Shivraj and Anjali found inspiration during the rainy season while sitting by the serene Fateh Sagar River Lake in Udaipur, where they crafted the lyrics to their latest song, “Aarzoo.” Despite the challenges of a lockdown, they managed to compose the music and create a stunning video. The Mumbai-based music and video directors were thoroughly impressed by Shivraj’s work, highlighting his talent for creating inspiring music that resonates with audiences.
It was shot in the vibrant city of Bangkok. The video highlights the incredible talents of Shivraj and Anjali, the sound composer, lyrics writer and respectively.

Journey of the Artist
This song “Aarzoo” is sung, lyricist, produced, and composed by Shivraj, from Patna, Bihar. He learnt Indian classical music from his guru Shibasis Mukherjee in his native place. His family and guru have significantly motivated him throughout his musical journey in India and abroad.
Meanwhile, Anjali, the lyricist, singer, and composer, is from Dehradun. Her inspiration is her father. Who guided him by taking her classical Indian singing classes for six years. She dedicates the credit for her success to him. She was always motivated to perform in front of an audience by him. That is how she is here, making music and doing shows all over India and abroad.
As the song title suggests, “Aarzoo” means “wish.” The character expresses his desire to make this relationship a forever one, thus, committing to it. He promises to always be there for her, no matter what. And wishes to fill her entire life with love and joy.
