Studying is an art; like all forms of art, it thrives with a fitting soundtrack. Before we dive into the specifics, it’s crucial to understand why music matters. Research has shown that music can elevate mood, improve concentration, and enhance memory. However, not all tunes are made equal when it comes to studying. Lyrics can be distracting, and erratic beats might break concentration.
