This week, Taylor Swift makes history by claiming an impressive seven out of the 10 bestselling albums in America. Billboard acknowledges this extraordinary accomplishment, highlighting that it’s the first time an artist has ever held such a substantial share of the Top Album Sales chart simultaneously.

Leading the charge is Taylor Swift’s latest release, “1989 (Taylor’s Version),” a re-recording of her blockbuster 1989 album. The album has secured the top position for the fourth consecutive week, spending a total of nine weeks on the ranking. In the current week, the reworking of “1989” sold an additional 61,000 copies, solidifying Swift’s dominance, as reported by Luminate.

Occupying the highest two spots on the chart is not unfamiliar territory for Swift. Her 2022 original material album, “Midnights,” maintains its position at No. 2, selling an impressive additional 24,000 copies.

Swift’s Grammy-winning album, “Lover,” secures the third spot within the top five, positioned between releases from Stray Kids and Olivia Rodrigo. The pop set sold nearly 22,000 copies in the recent tracking period, further contributing to Swift’s chart-topping success.

Continuing her streak, Swift secures back-to-back-to-back titles on the Top Album Sales chart, holding positions at Nos. 6 through 8. “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” lands at No. 6 with just under 20,000 copies sold, followed by “Evermore” with over 17,000 pure purchases. The predecessor and companion effort, “Folklore,” ranks at No. 8 with 15,630 copies sold.

Completing Swift’s impressive lineup in the top 10 is another re-recording, “Fearless (Taylor’s Version),” maintaining a steady position at No. 10 and selling an additional 13,000 copies in the past tracking frame.

Almost securing an eighth top 10 hit, Swift’s successful project “Red (Taylor’s Version)” appears at No. 12, selling another 12,000 copies. Taylor Swift’s dominance on the Top Album Sales chart exemplifies her enduring influence and consistent chart-topping success in the music industry.
