As every knows that BTS boy band is cherished in South Korea and treated as a national treasure. Their fans are known as BTS army all over the world. The septet includes Jimim, Suga, RM, Jungkook, J-hope, and V. The guys taken K-pop to the global world stage by becoming the first K-pop famous artist and nominated for a Grammy award and always ruling billboard HOT 100 charts with their latest songs.
Last week, BTS met the moon for an official ceremony event where they were appointed as presidential envoys for future culture and generations. They got a diplomatic passport issued by South Korean government organization. The entire BTS troop landed in New York on Sept 18th and performed on Monday, 20th Sept at the 76th UNGA United nation general assembly.
They will be performing online at SDB (Sustainable Development goals) moment 2021, an annual meeting from 193 observers dedicated to UN’s sustainable development goals.

On Saturday, K-pop tweeted and gave a glimpse of what the band discussed during the event. “If we believe there’s hope, we will find the way. We stand against racial discrimination and hate speech”. Captured in their recent tweet about the UNGA event.
With their performance, they conveyed a global message through their huge fans that the SDG event was focused on urgent goals related to poverty, environmental protection, gender equality, education, and hunger worldwide. Looking at the global pandemic situation, this year’s SDG event will focus on Coronavirus pandemic recovery efforts and help build speed for sustainable development project for the 2030 agenda.
Not to mention BTS troopers are young but have emerged as an accepting persona of gen X.
