Global pop icon Lorde has officially released her fourth studio album, ‘Virgin’, now available on all major streaming platforms.
The release follows the success of her recent singles — ‘What Was That,’ ‘Man of the Year,’ and ‘Hammer’ — which have amassed nearly 200 million streams pre-album launch, generating global anticipation for the full project.
Co-produced by Lorde and Jim-E Stack, the 11-track record marks a bold new chapter in her sonic journey. Lorde offered fans an exclusive first listen at a special pre-release show held at Baby’s All Right, New York, earlier this week.
To celebrate the album, Lorde has announced her largest global tour to date — the UltraSound Tour — which has already broken records, selling out major arenas including Madison Square Garden, London’s O2 Arena, and Kia Forum within hours of presale. High demand has led to the addition of multiple dates, including two nights at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, both of which sold out instantly.
