Weezer announces four seasonal EPs in SZNZ project this year 2

Weezer, the American Rock band, has announced the four seasonal EPs, with ‘SZNZ: Spring’ arriving first on Spring Equinox on Sunday, March 20, 2022. The band has also shared a new single from the EP “A Little Bit of Love” on the music streaming platforms. 

While speaking on the SZNZ project, Weezer’s lead singer and songwriter Rivers Cuomo said, “Spring is kind of like happy chill, and then we move through to dance rock, like a Strokes-style album for the fall, and then sad acoustic, Elliott Smith-style for winter.” 

Weezer will perform “A Little Bit of Love” live on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show after the first EPs release. 

According to pitchfork.com< Weezer Announce EP, Share New Song “A Little Bit of Love”: Listen | Pitchfork>, the Weezer will release SZNZ: Summer on Monday, June 20 (summer solstice), SZNZ: Fall on Thursday, September 22 (autumnal equinox), and SZNZ: Winter on Wednesday, December 21 (winter solstice). 

SZNZ: Spring has been produced by Jake Sinclair, Ethan Gruska, and Suzy Shinn. 

According to Weezer’s official website < https://weezer.com/news>, each EP will take the listeners on an “enchanting journey.” 

“This year we’re releasing four EPs, each inspired by magic, pagan myths, religious rituals, Vivaldi’s the four seasons, Shakespeare and more (so much more),” the website stated.
