It’s official: Usher is set to take center stage at the Super Bowl 2024 Halftime Show, marking a triumphant return to the iconic event. The superstar made the exciting announcement in a playful video alongside reality TV mogul Kim Kardashian.

In the video, Kim Kardashian surprised Usher with the news of his selection as the headliner for the Apple Music Halftime Show. Usher, known for hits like “Yeah!” could hardly contain his excitement as he playfully warned Kim, “Don’t play with me.”

Kim Kardashian, who has previously seen Usher perform in Las Vegas, emphasized the need for an electrifying performance at the Super Bowl and humorously requested a batch of Super Bowl tickets for her renowned family and friends.

In a statement, Usher expressed his honor and excitement, saying, “It’s an honor of a lifetime to check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list finally. The NFL confirmed the news on Twitter, stating, “USHER. LAS VEGAS. APPLE MUSIC HALFTIME SHOW. #SBLVIII See you on February 11!”

We couldn’t be more excited to have him headline this year’s Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show.
