Mind of a Madman II by John Keenan to release on January 30

Mind of a Madman II by John Keenan to release on January 30

Rapper and producer John Keenan is back with the second edition of his Mind of a Madman series, twelve years after Mind of a Madman I. The pop and r&b inspirations on the 14-track hip-hop album cover a variety of moods and themes.

This album is a voyage into the mind of an artist constantly striving to push the boundaries of hip hop, from the comical “Turd Ferguson” to the gravity of “Try & Find Love” featuring Samantha Dalton.

Mark your calendars for January 30 and get ready to experience “Mind of a Madman II” on all digital streaming platforms. It’s a must-have for any diverse hip-hop aficionado.

Rapper and producer John Keenan is renowned for his original hip-hop style and thought-provoking lyrics. John, born in Great Bend, Kansas, began developing his musical aptitude at a young age. He released “Mind of a Madman I” after attending Kansas State University, where he honed his artistic, producing, and engineering abilities.

In 2011, Keenan published his debut album, “Where I Went Wrong,” and his first EP, “One Day At A Time.” Before relocating to Phoenix, Arizona, where he started production on his third album, “The Illusion of Logic,” he published his sophomore album, “Imagination to the Nation,” in 2013.

Mark Keenan, Twisted Insane, and Whitney Peyton had guest appearances on John’s third album, which was released in 2016. In 2018, he released “Late Bloomer,” his fourth entirely self-produced album, and he went on the Northwest Warpath Tour with Illest Uminati. In 2020, “The Lucky Rubberband EP” and the song “What They Say,” which featured Layzie Bone of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, were released.

John Keenan is a musician who continuously pushes the limits of hip-hop. His songs are sincere and relatable. His persistence and tenacity are demonstrated by his track record of consistency spanning more than ten years.
