Doja Cat insists she’s quitting music industry

Doja Cat has reiterated her decision to quit the music industry. Doja Cat, in a series of tweets, recently apologized to her fans after angrily announcing her retirement from the music industry.

However, the rapper seems hellbent on her decision and most probably not having a change of heart. Doja Cat took to Twitter to respond to Florida radio station MIX 105.1, who wrote, “Ok so maybe @DojaCat isn’t retiring.”

In response, Doja tweeted, “Yes the f**k I am.”

Doja had angrily tweeted after her performance at Paraguay’s Asunciónico festival was cancelled due to flooding.

“It’s gone, and I don’t give a f**k anymore i f**kin quit i can’t wait to f**king disappear and I don’t need you to believe in me anymore,” the 26-year-old American rapper tweeted.

“Everything is dead to me, music is dead, and I’m a f**king fool for ever thinking i was made for this this is a f**king nightmare unfollow me,” read another tweet.

However, on Saturday, she issued an apology to her fans for her outburst.

“I can travel, I can eat good food, I can see new people, I can smile, I can make memories that I dreamed of having, I can laugh, I can support my family and my friends, I can learn about the world, and I can give back to everyone because of you. I do owe people shit. I owe a lot,” she wrote in a tweet.

“I owe myself a lot too. I owe myself the chance to open up and be good to people. I owe myself the death of my fears that don’t allow me to expand my heart. I didn’t come to another country to do something I can do everywhere else. that would be pointless in a way,” read another tweet.
