Suga explained that his solo tour would showcase his different personality and true self as a musician. He has hinted that this tour will be an extraordinary experience that exceeds everyone’s expectations.

“This tour will show Suga- Agust D as an artist and Min Yunki as a person,” Suga told NME.

“I’ll just put it like this, ‘Suga – Agust D and Min Yunki’s tour that will burn it up.’ I dare say it’ll be a different tour from previous BTS and beyond what everyone can imagine.”

Suga’s solo tour, the ‘SUGA Agust D Tour’, will cover multiple countries, including North America, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan.

In addition to releasing his debut album ‘D-Day’, a Disney+ documentary titled ‘SUGA: Road to D-Day’ was launched last week. The documentary follows Suga’s journey to create his solo album, which concluded his trilogy of solo EPs, including ‘Agust D’ in 2016 and ‘D-2’ in 2020.

The documentary also features appearances from Suga’s industry collaborators and friends, such as Halsey, Steve Aoki, Anderson .Paak, and the late Ryuichi Sakamoto.

“Just finding joy in traveling is itself a discovery for me.

“Also, I gained a lot from having genuine interactions with renowned international musicians with whom I had a chance to collaborate or was very close personally. It was [a] great lesson for me as an artist and from person to person.”

Suga’s successful solo career

Suga’s solo career has been a success in its own right, with his album “D-2” debuting at number 11 on the Billboard 200 chart in June 2020. The album features collaborations with artists like Halsey, Max, and Kim Jong Wan.

Suga’s tour will surely be a major event for K-pop and music fans.

In addition to his solo career and work with BTS, Suga has also been active in the philanthropic world.

In 2020, he donated 100 million won (approximately USD 88,000) to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation to help children with cancer.

Suga’s generosity and talent have made him a beloved figure in the music world, and his tour will surely be a significant event for fans worldwide.
