BTS Jungkook Continues Reign as #1 ‘Top Artist in the Music Industry’ on HITS Daily Double for Three Consecutive Weeks

In a triumphant streak that has left fans worldwide overjoyed, global superstar Jungkook of BTS has secured the coveted title of the #1 ‘Top Artist in the Music Industry’ by HITS Daily Double for three consecutive weeks. Despite being on hiatus and actively serving in the military since December 12, 2023, the South Korean music sensation has continued to make waves in the industry.

The accolade, bestowed by the American Music Industry Magazine for the week of December 1 to 7, 2023, adds another feather to Jungkook’s illustrious cap. Fans were quick to celebrate his latest achievement, praising him for consistently attaining new milestones even during his hiatus.

The recognition comes at a pivotal time for Jungkook, who has been making headlines with his debut solo album, GOLDEN. Notable achievements include his pre-release solo single, Seven (ft. Latto), making Spotify history as the fastest song to reach one billion listens, achieving the most unfiltered first-week streams ever on Spotify, and securing the biggest streaming launch of 2023.

Jungkook’s second pre-release solo track, 3D (ft. Jack Harlow), entered the pop radio category at #19 and secured a spot in the top 20 of the Spotify Global list. Standing Next to You, another track from his debut solo album, peaked at #1 on Spotify worldwide.

These accomplishments have not only propelled Jungkook into the limelight but also earned him the distinction of being the first solo Korean artist featured in both Vogue and Variety. He also performed live on the Good Morning America stage and saw eight of his album tracks rank in the Top 10 on the global Apple Music list (iTunes).
