The Best Spotify Playlists in 2023

The moment Dumbledore said, “Music possesses a magical quality that transcends all that we see here,” we felt it. There is nothing quite like the power of music to take you places, to access a past you’ve forgotten, and to create connections with people you’ve never met. You can create custom playlists that feature music based on your search history, or Spotify’s artificial intelligence can curate mixes based on your favourite genre. While there are other playlists to check out as well, Spotify’s A.I. is pretty amazing. Our Spotify playlists feature the best music on the platform. Get your headphones ready and turn up the volume!

Best Spotify Playlists

Spotify’s top 10 songs

There are also songs by X Ambassadors, Two Door Cinema Club, Kodaline, Maroon 5 and Clean Bandit on the album. Generally speaking, you would not constantly be changing songs, even if you skipped a few songs.

90s Metal Classic

This playlist is for all you metalheads out there. There’s WAY more to metal music than noise, which many people think of it. The heavy beats don’t take long to become accustomed to. There has been a huge following for this genre of rock music for quite some time. Here is a Spotify playlist suggested by a fellow LBB member that includes music by top metal bands like Metallica, Meshuggah, Exodus, Slayer, Slipknot, and more. If you’re a beginner, you should start with soft rock and move up to heavier stuff later.

Fly Me To The Moon – Leanne April

The soft, mellow music on this playlist always reminds me of when I listened to vintage vinyl records. The playlist includes music from some of the most famous classic oldies artists, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Sam Cooke, and more. Attempting to describe this playlist as just the good ‘ol Fly Me To The Moon isn’t doing it justice. When you’re in the mood to relax, this playlist is perfect for sipping a warm drink by yourself.

Blues Classics

Spotify’s playlists are among my favourites. Over the decades, the blues have evolved, but they have never gone out of style. Many positive responses have been to the genre’s resurrection, especially as people dive deeper into throwback trends. Music such as B.B.’s is featured on this playlist. Many great singers, such as King, Etta James, Earl Hooker, Johnny Winter, Freddie King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Albert Collins, and others. We recommend this when you’re in the mood to cook, reorganize your closet or relax after a long day at work with a glass of Merlot.

Old Hindi Songs (70’S And 80’S)

You need to keep this one playlist handy when your parents are around (recommended by yet another LBB member). Solace for those who wish to reminisce. Your family will be taken on an unforgettable nostalgic ride by classic Hindi songs by Kishore Kumar, R.D. Burman, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Mohhamed Rafi, and Amit Kumar. Old Hindi songs are all available on this playlist, so you don’t need to look elsewhere.

Curt & Rod

We enjoy working with artists and timelines. We decided to share this playlist from the many we have in our collection. Rather than focusing on one specific genre, this list comprises classic hip-hop, R&B and more – from Pink Floyd to Roddy Rich with Rhye, UB40, Chris De Burgh, Phil Collins, alt-J, and so much more. You might see new additions to it as you stick around a bit longer.

2000s Hits

My music memories are triggered by this song, which is true to the playlist title. Back in the days of *NSYNC and J.T., Her hair was blonde. During those days, we drove recklessly through Shakira, JLo, Britney Spears, Kings of Leon, etc. Listen to Foster The People, The Script, Train, and other favourite bands on this 5-hour playlist.

Pro-Tip

Also, why not have a look at these Bluetooth speakers? Next time you’re having brunch at home, you should check out these playlists. When you and your friends are jamming to these fire playlists, consider adding snacks and cocktail mixers.
